Job Summary:
Under direct supervision of the IT Manager this position will be part of the IT department. The IT Technician will actively contribute to department projects and work to support the staff members of the company with tech issues.

Essential Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Provides technical support and resolves problems of a moderately complex nature.
Installing and configuring hardware and software systems network devices and peripherals.
Setting up user accounts and permissions and managing user access via Active Directory.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network performance and troubleshooting issues proactively.
Creating and updating technical documentation guides.
Maintaining an inventory of IT assets equipment and software licenses
Staying up-to-date with technological advancements and industry trends to recommend improvements and upgrades to existing systems.
Some travel and onsite assistance at local job sites and satellite offices needed
Ability to complete tasks at a timely fashion to meet deadlines
Responsible for asset management and inventory
Device provisioning and deployment (Laptops PCs iOS Android)
Required Skills & Abilities:
Strong customer service skills to resolve problems and provide a positive user experience.
CompTIA A certification
Cybersecurity knowledge. With certification are a plus
Advanced Technical Knowledge: Technicians should possess a deep understanding of the organizations IT infrastructure applications and services. They should also have specialized knowledge or tools for handling complex issues.
Technicians may need to use advanced troubleshooting tools and software to diagnose and resolve complex problems.
Basic networking skill (OSI Model/Connection types and IP .)
Working knowledge of Mobile Devices and familiarity of iOS and Android
Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting configuration and knowledge.
Strong Verbal and written communication
Meet deadlines work with schedules and follow timelines.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail is a must
Computer and network security knowledge
Mobile device proficiency (iOS Android)
Computer and network security
HCSS Experience (preferable)
ComputerEase (preferable)
Education & Experience:
Computer Science or Information Technology Associates minimum
3-5 Years job experience a plus
Drivers License and good driving record needed for insurability.
Hours and Days:
This role often operates in an office environment. At times occasional travel may be required out to other branches or on a construction site. This job position will be working with the company staff to provide support for technical issues. Good communication via phone email and in person interactions is a key component to this role.
