Job Summary
Deliver fast friendly and accurate service in a retail environment by processing customer transactions using cash credit/debit cards and gift certificates.
Job Responsibilities
Operate the POS/cashier station efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service and minimizing pricing errors
Accurately handle cash transactions and provide correct change
Count and verify cash drawer contents at the start and end of each shift; ensure adequate change is on hand
Take ownership of any shortfalls or discrepancies in the cash drawer
Requirements
GCE N/O Level / NITEC
Serviceoriented attitude; willing to go the extra mile for customers
Honest disciplined and reliable
Strong team playervigilant energetic and adaptable
Proficient in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; enjoy engaging with diverse customers
Wellgroomed and committed to upholding the companys professional image
Passionate about fashion styling with a keen sense of current trends
