This newly create role willoffer you the opportunity to use your expertise to support the overall development implementation and maintenance of organisational quality systems initiatives. Lead the quality management activities including auditing and risk management activities and the audit and evaluation of the organisational policies and procedures. Manage both internal and external audit functions ensuring corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented and monitored. Oversee the development implementation and monitoring of effective health and safety strategic plans.

What you will need for this role:
Tertiary degree level qualification in health management or similar
Experience and knowledge in quality compliance
Working knowledge of health regulations and industry specific standards and compliance
Sound understanding of mental health alcohol and drug addiction issues
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Confident communicator who can lead train and inspire
Ability to work cohesively effectively and build strong relationships with external regulators commissioners and stakeholders
Commitment to Te Tiriti O Waitangi comfortable working for an Iwi provider.
