Job description
As a Senior Project Manager at NTS Hengelo you lead multidisciplinary project teams in industrialising advanced modules for international customers. From quotation to series production - you keep a tight grip on things.
Furthermore your tasks include:
You lead impact-full cross-functional projects from the quotation phase to production transfer to our factories;
You coordinate between account managers engineers procurement production and quality with an eye for technology logistics and finance;
You build the project plan from the quotation phase including risk assessment resource planning and scenarios;
You establish and manage a multidisciplinary project team (515 FTE) within engineering and production;
You maintain close customer relationships manage expectations and translate ambitions into concrete deliverables;
You are responsible for flawless NPI execution: from proto to 0-series and production readiness;
You bring structure to a dynamic environment where priorities and deadlines continuously shift.
Example project:
Imagine: you lead a team that industrialise a precision mechatronic module. It must function within microns be suitable for cleanrooms and seamlessly integrate into a larger system elsewhere in the world. You ensure alignment with the customer design for manufacturability and validate the factory all within one dynamic project.
Requirements
10 years of experience in high-tech project management (machine construction precision systems or complex production environments);
Demonstrable experience with NPI projects or industrialisation;
Strong in stakeholder management: from production managers and engineers to customers and management;
Skilled in handling dynamic environments and managing changes across teams and locations;
Able to make decisions under pressure and navigate technical and political complexity;
A mindset focused on continuous learning taking ownership and improvement;
Knowledge of production processes and industrial validation is a plus;
You have an excellent command of both Dutch and English in speech and writing;
You are IPMA C or B certified or willing to obtain this. NTS facilitates full certification.

Salary from 7500 to 9.000;
