The Role:
- Advising on structured finance and project finance transactions
- Drafting reviewing and negotiating complex financial agreements
- Supporting clients in energy infrastructure and real estate sectors
- Providing legal insight on risk analysis regulatory issues and financing structures
- Collaborating with colleagues across multiple practice areas on cross-border deals
The Person:
- Qualified Solicitor with 1 years PQE in project finance banking or similar area
- Experience in complex structured finance and project finance transactions
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-value deals and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive commercially minded and solutions-driven
