Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site selection visits to assess trial readiness and capabilities
- Perform initiation visits and train site personnel on trial protocols
- Monitor patient data and study documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Ensure adherence to research protocols and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and external sites to meet trial milestones
- Report adverse events and special cases within 24 hours of receipt
- Support distribution of marketing samples where applicable
- Represent Novartis in project-specific engagements and communications
Essential Requirements
- Experience in clinical operations project coordination or trial site management
- Ability to represent the organization professionally in external interactions
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Familiarity with clinical trial monitoring and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in reviewing clinical data and ensuring data integrity
- Knowledge of clinical trial systems and reporting tools
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluency in English and Hungarian both written and spoken
