Job Description

Copenhagen Infrastructure Service Company (CISC) - a service provider working exclusively for the global fund management company Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is currently looking for a Senior Associate to join our office in Copenhagen Denmark.

The team

As Senior Financial Associate based in Copenhagen you will join CIPs Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team responsible for financial modelling & portfolio analysis strategy and reporting supporting investment and portfolio risk mitigation & optimisation activities and communicating portfolio financial performance across business functions and to senior management.

The role

You will be an integral part in the team which is responsible for the financial analysis reporting and forecasting of assets managed by Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP). Your tasks will include maintaining complex financial models providing financial analysis valuation and decision support to CIPs Investment Management team as well as participate in the performance management and reporting for the funds managed by CIP.

Responsibilities will further consist of:

  • Developing and maintaining complex financial models for the assets

  • Preparing quarterly valuation reports

  • Delivering ad hoc financial analysis of investments helping pinpoint opportunities and risks

  • Provide robust and detailed analytics to all stakeholders -investors

  • Other ad hoc tasks including participation in refinancing and divestment processes.

You

The ideal candidate comes with 5-8 years of experience where you have gained excellent financial modelling and valuation skills from previous roles in investments firms banks corporate finance or transaction advisory companies.

  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details

  • A person who takes ownership and drives processes forward

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex financial insights to stakeholders

  • Determined structured and likes to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Prioritise and coordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are being met

  • University degree within Economics Finance or similar combined

  • Fluency in English both verbal and in writing.
