Vos tches en un coup dil

• Vous planifiez organisez et supervisez les oprations quotidiennes de linfrastructure TI (serveurs rseaux infonuagique).
• Vous encadrez et soutenez lquipe technique incluant le superviseur TI et ses techniciens ainsi que les administrateurs de systmes et rseaux.
• Vous assurez la rpartition efficace des tches et des priorits au sein des quipes.
• Vous coordonnez la gestion des incidents majeurs et des changements.
• Vous maintenez la documentation technique jour (procdures configurations schmas).
• Vous collaborez avec les quipes internes pour rpondre aux besoins daffaires et intgrer de nouvelles solutions.
• Vous grez les fournisseurs de services TI et assurer la qualit des services rendus.
• Vous surveillez la performance des systmes identifier les problmes et proposer des amliorations.
• Vous appliquez et faites respecter les bonnes pratiques en cyberscurit.
• Vous participez la planification et la livraison des projets dinfrastructure en coordination avec le directeur senior des TI et les parties prenantes.

Une vue claire de vos atouts

• Vous avez un baccalaurat en technologies de linformation ou domaine connexe.
• Vous avez un minimum 10ans dexprience en exploitation et administration dinfrastructure TI et au moins 5ans dexprience en gestion dquipe technique (incluant la supervision de superviseurs ou chefs dquipe).
• Vous matrisez le franais et pouvez galement communiquer en anglais pour interagir avec des collgues unilingues anglophones qui sont situs hors du Qubec.
• Vous avez une solide exprience des environnements serveurs des rseaux du stockage des services infonuagiques (AWS Microsoft Entra Microsoft 365) de la virtualisation et dActive Directory.
• Votre approche structure et rigoureuse (ITIL principes Agile).
• Vous avez une bonne connaissance en cyberscurit (gestion des vulnrabilits scurit rseau).
• Vous avez une exprience en gestion de fournisseurs et contrats.

Your tasks at a glance

• You plan organize and supervise daily IT infrastructure operations (servers networks cloud).
• You oversee and support the technical team including the IT supervisor and their technicians as well as system and network administrators.
• You ensure efficient distribution of tasks and priorities within the teams.
• You coordinate major incident and change management.
• You keep technical documentation up to date (procedures configurations and diagrams).
• You collaborate with internal teams to meet business needs and integrate new solutions.
• You manage IT service providers and ensure the quality of services delivered.
• You monitor system performance identify issues and suggest improvements.
• You apply and enforce cybersecurity best practices.
• You participate in planning and delivering infrastructure projects in coordination with the Senior IT Director and stakeholders.

A clear view of your assets

• You have a bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• You have at least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations and administration including a minimum of 5 years managing a technical team (with oversight of supervisors or team leads).
• You are fluent in French and can also communicate in English enabling you to interact with unilingual English-speaking colleagues outside Quebec.
• You have a solid experience with server environments networks storage cloud services (AWS Microsoft Entra and Microsoft 365) virtualization and Active Directory.
• You have a structured and rigorous approach with knowledge of ITIL and Agile principles.
• You have a strong expertise in cybersecurity including vulnerability management and network security
• You have proven experience in vendor and contract management.
