Responsibilities and Duties Include:
Oversees the administration and coordination of testing activities for Adult Education programs ensuring there is proper scheduling testing conditions integrity of assessment procedures and is following grant compliance standards.
Manages trains and supervises proctors and testing support staff to maintain high-quality testing services and adherence to protocols; proctors tests when needed.
Coordinates the student intake and enrollment process including application review eligibility determination and orientation.
Ensures all intake and testing processes comply with institutional policies state and federal regulations and grant requirements.
Monitors grant compliance functions prepares documentation for (re)submissions and submits timely and accurate reports to internal stakeholders and funding agencies.
Maintains accurate records for intake testing compliance and grant data; generates reports for internal and external audits.
Collaborates with instructional and administrative leadership to identify and resolve operational issues related to enrollment testing and grant compliance.
Participates in continuous improvement efforts to streamline intake and testing procedures that adheres to all requirements and which enhances the student experience.
Liaises with external agencies and partners regarding compliance and grant reporting matters.
Stays abreast of emerging trends in local state and national programs similar to Adult Education to ensure accurate development maintenance and improvement of services protocols and procedures.
Ensures compliance with college rules policies as well as state and federal regulations related to Adult Education.
Complies with all published College Rules procedures guidelines and laws/regulations governing public employees including but not limited to those related to document retention and destruction FERPA and confidentiality.
Strictly honors the privacy security and confidentiality of student records and other sensitive information according to appropriate state federal and college regulations policies and procedures.
Provides service excellence through courteous informed accessible and professional engagement.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required: A bachelors degree in areas of education administration or related fields with two (2) years of experience in testing enrollment and/or compliance within an educational or adult education setting or a combination of education and/or experience equal to six (6) years.
Additional Requirements: A criminal background check will be conducted.
Preferred: Familiarity with adult learner populations and challenges in enrollment and assessment as well as prior experience working with state or federal grant programs related to adult education.
