Responsibilities:
- Ensuring product enlistment in the accounts from the territory.
- Ensuring customer coverage and execution of marketing activities according to strategy.
- Generating demand for company products and achieving the sales budgets assigned by the company.
- Facilitating the on-time availability of medicines.
- Managing internal relationships with the National Sales Manager the Group Country Head and the Marketing/Product Manager.
- Managing external relationships with doctors pharmacists hospitals/institutions nurses the local distributor local tender agents and insurance companies.
Qualification:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or any equivalent qualifications relevant to the healthcare industry with a management qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Oncology sales.
- Good knowledge of customers and the territory.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Good collaboration skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
