The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Operations team you will oversee the seamless functioning of our physical office environments making sure safety and effectiveness. As a Manager you will lead teams and manage client accounts focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff while driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position provides an exciting opportunity to shape operational excellence and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of physical office environments
- Confirm compliance with safety regulations and operational effectiveness
- Lead teams in implementing continuous improvement strategies
- Mentor junior staff to develop their operational management skills
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance service delivery
- Analyze operational processes to identify areas for enhancement

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Masters Degree in Business Administration preferred
- Certifications such as CPP or PMP preferred
- Excelling in operations management and logistics
- Managing multi-site operations and transport logistics
- Developing and enforcing security policies and procedures
- Analyzing budgeting and vendor management processes
- Understanding legal and regulatory requirements
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives
