What You Will Do:

Reporting directly to the UK General Manager you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction across the whole of the Republic of Ireland. You will achieve this by delivering excellent levels of customer service and by ensuring optimum performance of the companys product portfolio across the market.

You will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities to increase market share and be instrumental in converting these opportunities into secured repeat custom through a process of clear commercial discussions and resulting testing programmes.

Travelling extensively from a home base in Ireland you will be responsible for providing technical support especially with regard to production performance and resolving technical issues. Through a self-planned program of site visits and by responding promptly and effectively when issues arise you will build strong relationships with your customers.

What You Will Have:

  • Ideally with demonstrable experience of selling into the food production sector
  • High-level communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
  • Conflict resolution
  • The ability to self-motivate
  • Experience of setting working to and exceeding targets
