KITE Search are currently working with a luxury property developer with a well-established business in Hong Kong. They are the asset owner of multiple high-end residential and commercial buildings in the city.
Currently they would like to invite aDeputy Project Manager (Structural) to join their project team. You are required to work in the head office with regular weekly site visits.
Responsibilities
Support the Head of Department in delivering high-quality projects;
Participate in a new build project from start to finish as well as support the ongoing A&A works of the existing assets of the company.
Ensure projects will be delivered within standard quality schedule and budget.
Manage and liaise with internal and external stakeholders (flat owners contractors consultants authorities etc)
Requirements
Degree holder of Structural / Civil Engineering or Construction related background
Minimum 10 to 15 years relevant experience;
MHKIE or MIStructE is highly preferred;
Experience in private residential/commercial projects is a plus;
Hands-on with site coordination/supervision duties as a Site Engineer / Resident Engineer / T3;
An independent and proactive individual with a sophisticated mindset
Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders with or without a technical / construction background;
Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese
Candidates with less experience but outstanding interview performance will be consideredasSeniorStructural Engineer.
