Job Description
KITE Search is partnering with a leading listed Hong Kong & Macau developer. As a brand they are known for producing some of the most impressive buildings in Hong Kong & Macau. They are currently expanding their project team for upcoming developments in both Hong Kong & Macau. We are now looking for an exceptional Project Director (Civil Engineering) to manage the project teams in a leadership capacity

- As a Project Director - Civil Engineering you will be overseeing hospitality and mixed use development projects from a project lead perspective.
- Overseeing an executive project management team
- Consulting with the relevant government authorities across project submissions approvals and inspections in a timely manner.
- Keep track of the latest regulations to ensure statutory compliance for all government submissions of the projects.
- Manage the site progress and performance of project team consultants contractors and vendors to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with quality requirements within the established timelines meeting key milestones and within budget.
- Have a good working relationship with all sections of the Project Department resolving engineering issues that may affect the master plan or the progress of work.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines
- 25 years of post-qualification project management experience
- Familiar with Hong Kong & Macaus relevant ordinances
- Professional qualification / Chartered
- Demonstrated experience in full cycle project delivery of large-scale mixed use & hospitality development projects
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build a team and lead from the front
- Fluency in English & Cantonese are essential
