What Were Looking For
- Level 3 in Early Years Education (or equivalent qualification).
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Experience in a nursery early years or childcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of safeguarding and health & safety requirements.
- A genuine passion for supporting childrens learning and wellbeing.
- First Aid qualification (or willingness to complete training).
- Flexible proactive and team-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality childcare and learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Plan and deliver creative age-appropriate activities that promote childrens development across all areas.
- Build positive trusting relationships with children parents and colleagues.
- Observe assess and record each childs progress to support their learning journey.
- Work closely with parents and carers to share updates on childrens development.
- Maintain a safe hygienic and inclusive environment ensuring all safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed.
- Take part in team meetings and training sessions to support continuous improvement.
- Be a positive role model promoting kindness respect inclusion and cultural awareness.
