Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Trainer with a strong background in industrial automation robotics and advanced manufacturing technologies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training and development with the ability to design and deliver programs that enhance the technical and technological capabilities of our workforce. This role will ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices while fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop implement and deliver comprehensive technical training programs focused on automation robotics and smart manufacturing tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and design tailored solutions to address skill gaps.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in automation and smart manufacturing (e.g. AI/ML in production predictive maintenance) to ensure training content remains cutting-edge and relevant.
Provide hands-on training and mentorship to employees fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments feedback and performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
Support the implementation and adherence to ISO 9001 IATF 16949 and other quality management systems ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Develop and maintain training materials including manuals presentations and e-learning modules.
Qualifications Experience and Skills:
Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering Automation Manufacturing or a related field.
58 years of experience in automation smart manufacturing or a related technical field.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Proficiency in training software and tools including e-learning platforms.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 IATF 16949 and related quality management tools (e.g. APQP FMEA SPC MSA PPAP) is a plus.
Experience with MES DFM CpK or other process improvement methodologies.
Certification in training or adult education (e.g. CPTD from ATD CTP in China) is desirable.
Familiarity with AI Machine Learning IoT and data analytics in manufacturing is an advantage.
Fluent in Mandarin with a strong command of written and spoken English.
