You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailDUTIES: Providing tax compliance and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and their closely held businesses with foreign investments; preparing a detailed review international tax compliance forms and work with a dedicated international tax team; advising U.S. and foreign individual investors of tax planning opportunities; developing tax models illustrating tax attributes effective tax rate and cash tax expense; preparing quantitative analysis including E&P studies Subpart F GILTI ECI PTEP FTC and Sections 962 computations; and assisting the Federal Tax Group with tax treaty analysis arising from inbound and outbound cross-border transactions and activities.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Accounting or Business Administration; Five (5) years of Prior Progressive Experience as an Accountant; Certified Public Accountant licensure and Quickbooks Online Pro Advisor certification; and Experience with Quick Books Online & Desktop Profile Simply Accounting Oracle ACCPAC; Pfx Fixed Assets Pfx Planner Pfx Scan CCH Axcess Axcess Tax PdFlyer TValue CCH Tax CCH Workstream CCH Practice and Engagement.
SALARY: $106000-$110000 per year depending upon experience
