Job Summary
A tech company is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong ERP implementation skills particularly in Odoo to support clients in assessing their technology needs and implementing tailored software solutions. This role bridges the gap between clients and the internal tech team ensuring solutions meet requirements and expectations.
Responsibilities Include:
Engaging with clients to assess and understand business and technology needs
Leading ERP and Odoo implementation projects
Collaborating with internal tech teams to ensure accurate delivery of solutions
Documenting requirements workflows and system specifications
Training clients on new software tools and processes
Providing ongoing support and improvement recommendations
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience in ERP implementation (Odoo strongly preferred)
Strong business analysis and client-facing skills
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
