As a Senior Training Executive we rely on you to:
- Organise and conduct classroom/online training
- Handle new hires orientation and familiarisation programme
- Handles administrative tasks including filing reports records and attendance
- Handles colleagues cross exposure programmes (internally and overseas)
- Review training needs and training needs analysis
- Involve and liaise for Career Fairs School Internships etc
We are looking for someone who:
- Has good communication and people relationship skills
- Has strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
- Has experience in classroom/online training
- Preferably possesses relevant experience in Hospitality
