Global HR Internship Talent & Culture
Location: Apeldoorn Hybrid 40 uur per week
Start date: January/February 2026
Length: 5/6 months

At BDR Thermea Group we offer a challenging internship where you will be immersed in the dynamic world of Human Resources. You will get the opportunity to support various talent culture and change activities and work closely with Senior HR Business Partners. To make your internship as interesting as possible we have a wide range of activities in which you can immerse yourself.
This is a hybrid role based out of Apeldoorn the Netherlands. You are invited to work on-site at the office a minimum of two days per week. We support your travel costs and provide flexibility regarding hybrid work.
Based on your interests some of the areas you could explore include:
Talent Review process:
oEnsuring the talent cards are completed and properly stored for identified talent
oDocument process end-to-end and determine areas of improvement
oEnsure succession plans are completed and documented and stored for the next run
Engagement:
oSupport with Engagement activities and planning
oPreparing for new survey
oCollecting feedback and support with focus groups
oCoordination of survey action planning follow-up & communication
oManaging actions overview and help with generating communication workshops and presentations
Change Project management activities:
oSupport with HR PMO activities for strategic programs
oSupport Change management with building CM global dashboard and local dashboards
Culture:
oSupport with Culture initiatives
oProviding dashboards re. key metrics (engagement gender diversity sustainability education experience participation)
oIdentifying local DEI best practices and leveraging them with the whole DEI community
oHelping design the framework of Global Values Week linked to the values and to the leadership competency framework
oCoordinating Global Values Week activities in Netherlands
You are currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field at a university in the Netherlands (WO or HBO-level).
You are enthusiastic and motivated to tackle new challenges.
You have a keen eye for detail a critical mindset and an organized approach.
You are confident to work in an international environment in which the working language is English.
Additionally:
Knowledge of Dutch is a plus but not a must.
A full-time (40 hrs per week) internship for 4 to 6 months.
A competitive internship allowance of 500-550 per month (based on 40 hours per week depending on your educational level).
A company laptop to support your work.
The flexibility to work in a hybrid setup after a successful onboarding.
