- Prior experience in Property Sales will be an added advantage.

- Basic English Proficiency.
- Basic ICT skills such as Internet Email & Social Media.
- Good speaking skills in English Sinhala or Tamil.
- Great Negotiation skills.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set your own targets and goals.
- Provide superior service by meeting the needs of customers.
- Adherence to Office Administrative Rules & Regulations.
- Submission of Daily Weekly Monthlyand Yearly plans.
- Gain complete knowledge of properties for Sale Rent and Lease.
- Prepare data for relevant customers.
- Completely follow the work schedule according to your plan and goals.
- Work Hours: Monday - Saturday (8.30 am - 5.30 pm)
