- provide 2nd level support (incident management problem management change management) in order to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs
- provide 3rd level support of SAP applications ensuring their smooth operation (special project migration of systems (FCI) SPS/EHP upgrade S/4 Hana transformation Hana specialization)
- Perform updates version changes system copies
- Learn about new cloud-based technologies (AWS MS Azure Google Cloud) support their implementation troubleshoot potential problems organize migrations
- resolve errors advise and support the use of the application
Qualifications :
experience in SAP Basis administration
Fluent English (B2)
Knowledge of Linux systems confident use of CLI
Experience in different databases (Oracle HANA possibly Sybase IQ / ASE)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
