Job Summary

Join our Customer Support Team and gain valuable work experience making a difference for your colleagues and our customers.

This position offers the opportunity to explore various fields of a software development company through the lense of Customer Support. Our team handles support cases across all Edlunds customers and products with a comprehensive stakeholder landscape within Edlund and KMD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Customer Support team by creating and updating reports Excel sheets PowerPoint presentations etc. on support case trends and status
  • Keep wiki pages and other documentation up to date
  • Handle support cases
  • Configure Edlunds support tool ServiceNow in collaboration with more senior team members
  • Handle various ad-hoc assignments as needed

Expected Working Hours:

  • 15 hours per week ideally spread across 2 days per week with flexibility to accommodate for exams and other school commitments.
  • The position is based in Ballerup (KMD headquarters) with plenty of opportunities for remote and flexible working.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a university degree in business administration project management mathematics IT or a similar field. Ideally you are halfway through your BSc or just about to start your MSc.
  • A proactive dedicated individual with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for learning and tackling diverse tasks.

Additional Skills:

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Curious adaptable and able to independently take initiative while being solution-oriented.
  • Fluent in Danish and English.
