Join our team in a 90-bed Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Unit with 20 Rehab beds and 70 LTC beds. Staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs) Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Medication Aides. Operating with a patient ratio of 1:15 days 1:19 evenings and 1:25 nights our unit cares for patients with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) COPD Diabetes ESRD Renal Failure Dementia Stroke and Heart Disease. This role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively in a supportive environment focused on providing quality care and support to individuals requiring temporary rehab assistance and LTC needs.
How youll contribute
A Certified Nursing Assistant I (CNA I) who excels in this role:
Accurately identifies patient needs
Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
Responsible for activities of daily living
