Job Summary
Supports and is responsible for incorporating into job performance the Frederick Health (FH) mission vision core values and customer service philosophy and adheres to the FH Compliance Program including following all regulatory requirements and the FH Standards of Behavior.
Under indirect supervision leads denial reduction and prevention efforts within individual hospitals and as appropriate across hospitals. Responsible for analyzing denial trends prioritizing denial reduction efforts determining root causes for denials and developing denial prevention solutions. Works closely with Patient Access Clinical Leaders Health Information Management Patient Financial Services and other departments in denial reduction efforts. Facilitates the development and implementation of policies procedures performance tracking goal setting and accountability. Develops executive level presentations that explain plans findings solutions and performance.

Pay is based on experience skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standard Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on specialty if applicable. Non-Exempt positions may have shift differential and/or Overtime paid if applicable.
Pay range: $58000 - $85000
