Hiring Administrator: Jeff Jones
GENERAL DUTIES:
Assist department administrators with providing services to schools and accomplishing the work of a department. Connect District staff and the community to appropriate resources or services.
- Coordinate and manage the districts participation in Oregons Medicaid Administrative Claiming (MAC) program.
- Ensure timely completion and submission of MAC time surveys by eligible staff.
- Train staff on MAC survey procedures and provide ongoing support to ensure compliance with state guidelines.
- Monitor and track survey participation identify non-respondents and follow up as needed.
- Collaborate with school sites and departments to collect and validate MAC-related data.
- Assist in preparing supporting documentation for Medicaid reimbursement claims.
- Maintain organized records for audit and reporting purposes.
- Communicate with the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and other relevant agencies regarding MAC requirements and updates.
- Support broader Medicaid program efforts including outreach and claiming initiatives within the district.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications including but not limited to email and systems applications
- Experience working in an office setting
