Job Description
Content Management:
- Regularly updating website content including news promotions and product announcements to engage users and keep the site fresh.
Updating Product and Model Information on CMS:
- Adding and managing new product details specifications images and model updates in the Content Management System (CMS) to ensure the website is always current.
Digital Marketing Support:
- Collaborating with the marketing team to implement digital marketing campaigns promotions and advertisements on the website to drive traffic and conversions.
Ensuring Consistency with Corporate Identity (CI):
- Ensuring all website content design and messaging align with the companys brand guidelines maintaining a consistent visual identity across all digital channels.
Optimizing User Experience:
- Monitoring website performance to enhance user experience by improving site navigation load times and mobile responsiveness.
Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Working closely with marketing design and product teams to ensure content is accurate up-to-date and aligned with overall business goals and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing Website Management or a relevant field.
- Strong communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both Thai and English.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing content updates and ensuring consistency with corporate branding.
- Basic understanding of HTML CSS and website design principles; familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and performance tracking is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SEO is a plus.
