As a Global Mobility Senior Associate you will ensure that our global talent moves seamlessly across borders enhancing our international operations and contributing to our companys strategic goals.

How will you value-add

  • Responsible for global mobility lifecycle from pre-assignment preparation to post-assignment support
  • Support to internal stakeholders on global mobility related matters such as relocation planning shipment of personal goods and tax-related matters
  • Work alongside the wider HR team on global mobility matters (i.e. international transfers secondments etc)
  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws & firmwide requirements
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of inbound staff & departure of outbound staff
  • Assist with the global mobility related reporting projects & initiatives

About you

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in global mobility expatriate management or relocation services
  • Strong knowledge of international tax & immigration laws
  • Good communication interpersonal & advisory skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
