We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included.
About the project:
Provide services for customers of a medical device company developing and marketing insulin infusion system. Their goal is improving the lives of people with diabetes and other conditions through its Omnipod delivery system. You will be providing services for German-speaking clients of the company.
Your Responsibilities:
- Telephone email and chat support for customers regarding insulin pumps and related accessories.
- Providing information about the companys products and services.
- Assisting customers in connecting insulin pumps to apps on smartphones.
- Handling customer service requests with a high level of empathy and customer focus.
- Assisting customers in using and managing the insulin pump effectively.
- Documenting and tracking customer requests in the SAP CRM system.
- Escalating unresolved issues to higher-level support or management if necessary.
- Working with local 2nd level support and other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Carrying out general customer service tasks such as maintaining the customer database.
- Proactively contacting customers to check their satisfaction.
- Handling complaints and returns in accordance with company policies.
Requirements:
- German level at least C1
- Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
- You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
What you will gain:
- full time contract
- Salary without accommodation: 1612 euros gross / month
- Salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1230 euros gross / month

IF YOU ARE MOVING FROM ABROAD - relocation package:
- Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
- Refund of the flight expenses after 9 months after the 1st day of hiring;
- Accommodation in the city - discounted from the salary - then salary would be 1030 euros gross
- Integration activities: Portuguese lessons sports and other opportunities for integration
