Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our growing this role you will be responsible for managing inbound and self-serve leads from the Singapore market helping them discover the value of HitPay guiding them through onboarding and driving product activation and conversion.

You will be based in Philippines and work closely with our Singapore and regional teams to ensure that prospective merchants receive timely helpful and consultative guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound: Qualify engage and convert inbound demo requests and self-serve signups

  • Outbound: Identify and reach out to target accounts via email LinkedIn calls

  • Own the deal cycle: follow-ups objection handling pricing contracting and onboarding handoff

  • Respond to inbound leads via live chat email and demo request forms within SLA.

  • Guide small and medium-sized businesses through HitPays features pricing and onboarding process.

  • Proactively support self-serve signups by identifying and removing friction in early usage.

  • Work closely with the Singapore market team to surface insights on user pain points product feedback and conversion blockers.

  • Collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams to improve sales enablement materials onboarding journeys and automated flows.

  • Track all activities in the CRM (e.g. HubSpot) ensuring accurate and up-to-date pipeline records.


What Were Looking For

  • 13 years of experience in inbound sales customer onboarding or growth roles (B2B SaaS/fintech preferred).

  • Strong communication and consultative skills particularly with SMBs.

  • Familiarity with the Singapore business landscape and common tools used by merchants (e.g. Shopify WooCommerce POS systems).

  • Comfortable working with KPIs such as lead response time activation rate and conversion rate.

  • Bonus: Experience supporting merchants in the payments or commerce space.

  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
