Description

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Drainage Excavator Operator to join our team at TDM Construction Ltd.

This role offers a variety of work as our projects range from major infrastructure developments for industry leaders to residential housing and commercial projects. With drainage as our core focus you will work alongside a skilled and experienced team to install technical specialist and large-scale drainage systems in varied and challenging environments.

Skills And Experiences
  • Proven experience as a drainage excavator operator in civil construction
  • Proficiency in using equipment such as trench shields and operating safely in tight spaces
  • Strong work ethic motivated and proactive approach to tasks.
  • Physical fitness with a willingness to perform manual tasks as needed.
  • Attention to detail taking pride in high-quality work and maintaining equipment.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment or work autonomously.
  • Commitment to health and safety through safe plant operation and adherence to all workplace practices and procedures.
  • Full Class 1 Drivers Licence is required for this role.
