Job Description

SPARE PARTS ENGINEER

PURPOSE
Process fulfill and monitor customers spare parts inquiries quotations orders deliveries and invoices in a professional way that ensures delivery of spare parts in time and within budget while keeping the customers informed about the progress/status of their order. Give technical advice when needed.

SCOPE

The job is within the Spare parts EMEA department of Ranpak Automation a division of
Ranpak BV. The span of control is from receiving a customer inquiry until payment of the invoice. Also monitoring the spare part stock levels and inventory are part of the job as well as the technical advice to customers.
REPORTING
The Spare Parts Engineer reports to the Head of Spare parts Ranpak Automation.
