What youll do

Being part of the Global Commercial Finance organization you will be working as aCommercial Business Partner in Service Delivery Hub focusing on high quality servicedelivery.

• Maintain and update tracking and reporting systems using Excel.
• Provide administrative assistance to support team operations.
• Conduct checks and assist in the administration of Quarterly Critical Customer process.
• Deal approval review of quotes checking software requirements pricing specialterms & conditions etc.
• Contract creation
• Compliance verification based on internal policies and external regulations
• Tracking and reporting volumes and approval figures.
• Communication with stakeholders such as Sales Pricing and Revenue

Recognition teams across Europe Middle East and Africa.

What you bring

• University student in the last year of studies preferably in the field of EconomicsFinance or Law or equivalent relevant work experience
• Advanced in German and English (written and oral)
• Good command on MS Office (Outlook Excel Word)

In this paid role with an initial 12 months contract we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented organized and has strong follow-upskills. You must be an efficient learner with a goal of working independently with littlesupervision and being able to correctly prioritize tasks. A can do attitude is what weare seeking.
