What youll do:

• Continuously search for and evaluate suitable B2B influencers with a focus on YouTube
• Build strong relationships with influencers through hands-on operations and agency partnerships
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience with a focus on driving growth in specific categories and locations
• Identify recruit and nurture our affiliate partners.
• Educate and collaborate with affiliates to create marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Monitor performance and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness and ROI of campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer and affiliate marketing seamlessly into our overall marketing strategy.

What we expect from you:

• 4 years of influencer and affiliate marketing experience for B2B tech brands
• Strong content sense; plays a critical role in building and fostering impact in influencer and affiliate creatives especially on YouTube to support business goals
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Self-independent agile and result-oriented
• An analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
