Leveraging on the developmental plans of Shanghai New Bund International Business District the new Shangri-La hotel will be an ideal venue for meetings and events plus offer the places for both a relaxed stay and inspirational experiences for locals and travelers alike.
We are looking for Service Associate Front Office we rely on you to:
- Take responsibility of the front office to always ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Supervise and lead all service associates in their daily activities
- Upsell rooms to meet guests needs when appropriate
- Ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a professional and timely manner
We are looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in being a hotelier
- Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
- Communicates and write with fluency in English (and local language) due to the need of service local and international guest.
- Preferably has relevant experience in the hospitality industry
- Preferably comes from a hotel management-related education background
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
