Amazons Global Stores (GS) provide customers access to Amazons worldwide selection with a localized search and browse experience convenient local payment options end-to-end delivery solutions and access to native customer service on the local Amazon marketplace. GS simplifies the cross-border shopping process by clearing customs on the customers behalf and by guaranteeing that the customer will not have to pay any additional duties and import fees beyond what is shown at checkout. RBS AGS team shares Global Store (GS)s vision to empower customers to Stay Local Shop Global with an objective to improve GS customer experience and maximize the revenue potential of GS ASINs by fixing cross-listing Buyability discoverability and detail page conversion defects at scale.
Key job responsibilities
RBS AGS team aims to maximize the revenue potential of AGS selections and improve global store customer experience. We improve selections availability by addressing drop-off
reasons from source MP to destination MP (Buyability) enhance GS ASINs exposure and ease customer journey in reaching GS ASINs
and making buying decisions (Discoverability and Detail Page IDQ). We are seeking an individual who will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for selections conversion (to GV GMS) through business analytic approach as a Sr. Business Analyst. We expect you to be with relevant experience/methodology.
As a Sr. Business Analyst you will:
Translates basic business problem statements into analysis requirements based on dive deep and understanding of the program;
Define analytical approach;
Own the outcome present updates and communicate milestones in a structured manner with customers/Business partners across Amazon
Influence business leaders and tech teams by using data and anecdotes on size scale complexity and impact
Provide functional inputs and contribute to PRFAQ
- 3 years of business analyst data analyst or similar role experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with SQL
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
- Experience in customer segmentation customer behavior analysis conjoint/trade-off modeling
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau Quicksight or similar tools
