• Suporte Gesto de Pessoas para o Negcio: O estagirio apoiar os HRBPs na interao com as reas de negcio ajudando a entender suas necessidades e desafios relacionados a pessoas. Isso pode incluir o auxlio na preparao de apresentaes coleta de informaes sobre equipes ou projetos e suporte em iniciativas que visam alinhar as estratgias de RH aos objetivos da empresa.

• Coleta e Anlise de Dados de RH: O estagirio frequentemente auxilia na coleta organizao e anlise de dados relacionados a indicadores de RH como turnover absentesmo pesquisas de clima entre outros. Essa atividade crucial para aprender a basear decises em dados e a identificar tendncias.

• Demais atividades com mesmo grau de complexidade.

Do you have these requirements

• Ensino superior cursando em Psicologia Recursos Humanos ou Administrao.

• Conhecimento em Pacote Office/ Ferramentas Google.

• Ingls Avanado.
