Job Description

Responsabilidades

 

Gesto processo de contratao Atendimento a todos os funcionrios de todas as unidades; Atendimento aos gestores para aplicao e adequao processos seletivo Recrutamento e seleo; Anlise e enquadramento salarial de novos contratados e promoo interna; Entrevistas de seleo e admisso de profissionais; s e pesquisas salariais;  Desenvolvimento de plano de Seleo e Contratao de profissionais junto a gesto; Parceria com universidades e outras instituies para levantamentos de novos candidatos.


Qualifications :

Perfil

 

- Slida Experincia com o segmento de seleo no mercado automotivo;

- Boa comunicao e conhecimento em Ferramentas de Seleo;

- Facilidade de relacionamento;

 

Educao

- Formao em rea relacionada necessrio;

 

Idiomas

- Ingls Avanado ou Fluente;

- Espanhol ser um diferencial;

- Portugus Nativo ou Fluente;

 

Horrio: De Segunda a sexta-feira das 08h s 17h

 

Contrato: Temporrio 6 (Pessoa Jurdica)

 

Local: So Caetano do Sul - SP / Home office (Hbrido)
