Senior Product Data Analyst Self-Serve Product
Were building a world-class self-serve SaaS platform where growth is driven by our product. Were looking for a Senior Product Data Analyst to be the detective storyteller and strategist who deciphers our user behavior. Youll also play a key role in improving activation conversion and overall user experience guiding us to build a product that customers love.
What Youll Do
- Translate data into action: Deliver insights that guide improvements in onboarding conversion and feature usage.
- Drive product clarity: Track and communicate key self-serve metrics like activation churn and upgrade flows.
- Unlock opportunities: Identify drop-offs or blockers in the funnel and propose fixes that improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Champion data quality: Maintain accurate subscription and billing event data across tools.
- Own impact analysis: Run A/B tests and product experiments to evaluate outcomes of growth or pricing changes.
- Support scalable infrastructure: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize onboarding pricing and feature usage.
- Work cross-functionally: Partner with Product Marketing and Finance to align insights with self-serve roadmap goals.
Youre a Great Fit If You...
- Have 3 years of experience in analytics ideally with product-led growth or SaaS experience.
- Are fluent in SQL
- Are experienced in Tableau (or a similar BI tool) and can turn complex data into clear compelling visual stories.
- Know your way around product metricsactivation conversion retention LTV and more.
- Have experience in product analyticssuch as funnels feature adoption metrics A/B testing and billing.
- Have worked with SaaS products (big plus).
Bonus Points If You...
- Have experience with Amplitude or other similar product analytics tool
- Have supported pricing experiments or usage-based billing.
- Have worked with Stripe or other SaaS billing platforms
- Understand SaaS lifecycle metrics deeply.
