Join us as a Global Employee Development Partner (12 months fixed term) to deliver impactful employee development programs across our global organisation.
The role sits within the Global Learning team part of the Global Leadership Learning and Culture organization. Our purpose is to create an environment of continuous learning known for the extraordinary talent of our people leadership and culture. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave. The main focus of this role is designing and delivering global employee development initiatives managing key coaching and mentoring partnerships and ensuring our leaders and employees have access to high-quality learning opportunities. Our teams in Denmark are expected to be in office at least 50% of the time across our offices in Lyngby and Hrsholm.
In this role you will make an impact by:
Designing and delivering a development program for New Academic Professionals
Mentoring program coordination and Harvard Business School Online (HBSO) course enrolments
Coordination and relationship management of online coaching provider and Mentoring partner including regular meetings with the client success manager enrolments and review of analytics
Maintaining and promoting the mentoring toolbox on company intranet
Owning and updating training content for annual performance process
Developing and delivering annual training for leaders and employees on the year-end review process including content creation communications and execution
Responding to ad hoc requests related to leadership development mentoring or graduate initiatives
Contributing to cross-functional People & Organisation projects as relevant
Key stakeholders:
You will work closely with colleagues across the Leadership Learning and Culture team the wider People Organisation team and stakeholders from across the business. Some projects will require collaboration with external vendors and partners.
To succeed you must:
Hold bachelors degree in HR Learning & Development Organizational Psychology or a related field
Have 5 years experience in a global HR or learning role preferably in talent development and/or graduate programs
Have experience managing mentoring and coaching programs including working with external providers
Have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Be comfortable designing and delivering training content across multiple formats
Language requirements:
English (fluent)
Personal and behavioural skills:

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate differing perspectives
Data savvy and digitally dexterous in systems and ways of working
Able to work under pressure managing timelines resources and uncertainty
