The team of the The Ritz-Carlton Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position:

Front of House Agent - Reception

As a Front of House Agent you and our motivated team ensure optimal support for our international guests.

You are the first point of contact for our guests: From the warm welcome to the uncomplicated check-in to the warm farewell you are there for our guests during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the smooth arrival and departure of our guests and their luggage handling as well as the comprehensive guarantee of guest satisfaction
  • Giving information about the hotel
  • Receipts of couriers and handling of transport
  • Responsibility for the correct Parking of the guest cars and management of the vehicle keys
  • Attention to the cleanliness of the entrance area and the lobby
  • Collaboration with our event department to provide the guests with information and to guide them in the right direction

Your Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
  • Friendliness flexibility reliability and a high degree of responsibility
  • Professional communication skills and appearance
  • resilience teamwork and flexibility
  • Quality awareness
  • A gift for paying attention to the smallest details
  • excellent knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language is required any further foreign language is advantageous
  • knowledge on how to use the software OPERA and MS Office are advantageous
