Job Description
Handyman/Maintenance
Full Time :Monday - Friday
Hourly Rate: $16 hr
Location: Coral Gables FL 33134
Requirements:
- 18 years or older
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) amust
- A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background/fingerprintcheck are required.
- Previous grounds maintenance exp. a must
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- 2 years experience in maintenance
Job Duties:
- Completes the Facilitiesmaintenance mechanical electrical paintingand plumbing work orders as assigned.
- Collaborates closely with the Departments Leads regarding routine maintenance as well as preventive maintenance.
- Demonstrates quality customer service daily.
- Is committed to working safely at all times.
- Gathers materials and tools necessary to complete work orders.
