An international company with a facility near Troy MI is currently seeking a Payroll Specialist for direct hire opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for experienced Payroll Clerks and Specialists looking for a company that offers excellent management career growth development and competitive rates.
Payroll Specialists will be working full-time day shift with pay anticipated to be between $/year based on each candidates experience and education. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits - including great medical dental vision vacation bonuses and more.
Qualified Payroll Specialists will possess most if not all of the following skills and experience:
- 5 years of recent/relevant union and non-union payroll processing experience preferably in a manufacturing construction engineering or closely related industry.
- A Bachelor or Associates degree in Business Accounting Finance or a closely related subject is strongly preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now software is a plus. Must be confident with MS Word Excel Outlook etc.
- Must be able to work in the United States.
- Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background drug screen etc.
