Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Senior Designer to join our Design team at Mercer. You will be joining us in building Oliver Wymans new in-house creative hub in Lisbon.

This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As Senior Designer youll play a crucial role in bringing creative concepts to life through multiple disciplines including editorial design motion graphics and digital media. Youll collaborate with Art Directors and Design Directors to develop storyboards and visual narratives that engage and inspire. This role requires both creative versatility and technical proficiency youll work alongside video teams and motion designers to ensure seamless execution across various platforms while maintaining consistent storytelling. Youll contribute to our studios creative culture by sharing your multi-disciplinary expertise and helping junior designers expand their skills. Working within our global in-house creative team youll have the opportunity to shape compelling visual stories for diverse international projects.
