Description
- We have flexibility for 3-5 days rostered per week with at least 2-3 days surgery.
- You enjoy a balance role - with a lean towards surgery along with some consulting.
- Our ideal fit will be an experienced Vet who loves spending as much time in theatre as possible youll be confident with all routine soft tissue surgeries and dentals - if you have the skills for more complex surgeries that would be a bonus!
- Youll also be a support/mentor for our team and happy to share your knowledge to support others development and discuss tricky cases.

The local community is growing and provides great access to the stunning West Coast beaches & Wineries just a quick ferry ride to the CDB and moments from great restaurants and the local shopping centre.
- 3 Vet team supported by dedicated Clinical Support staff
- 100% small animal
- Well equipped with digital radiography (Fujifilm CR Prima II system) iM3 elite dental machine iM3 digital dental radiography system ultrasound a full Idexx lab suite IV fluid pumps syringe pump & multiparameter monitoring
- Ezyvet management software which is integrated with our lab and x-ray systems for seamless ease of use.
- There is no afterhours work and we are closed on public holidays. Saturday work is shared and we are open 9am to 12pm.

- An experienced Small Animal Vet - with a minimum of 5 years experience. Youll be confident in all routine surgeries and enjoy a balance of consults and dentistry as well.
- Youll enjoy being part of a close-knit team and be someone who enjoys mentoring and supporting a collaborative team environment.
- BVsc or equivalent and registration to practice in New Zealand.
