What will I be doing

As the Director of Food & Beverage you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Leadership and Management:

Ability to lead and manage a diverse team ensuring high performance and motivation.

Customer Service Excellence:

Strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service.

Financial Acumen:

Proficiency in budgeting forecasting and financial management to maximize profitability.

Operational Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations including menu development quality standards and cost control.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with Team members guests and stakeholders.

Analytical Thinking:

Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions and improve operations.

Problem-Solving:

Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement effective solutions.

Adaptability:

Flexibility to adjust plans and strategies based on feedback and changing circumstances.

Innovation:

Creativity in developing new concepts promotions and strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensuring adherence to health safety and regulatory standards

Uphold the highest standards of excellence by ensuring strict adherence to both Hotel Brand Service Standards and Forbes Service Standards.

What are we looking for

A Director of Food & Beverage serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role you should maintain the attitudebehaviours skills and values that follow:

College degree in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience.

Demonstrated experience as a Director of Food & Beverage in prestigious 5-star luxury hotels consistently upholding the highest standards of service and culinary excellence.

Pre-opening experience is an added advantage.

A background in Michelin-starred restaurants will be valued as an asset.

Extensive background in managing diverse food & beverage outlets with a preference for large-scale multi-cultural environments.

In-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage and Conference & Banqueting operations and skills ensuring seamless coordination and execution of events.

Strong ability to conceptualize and implement innovative food and beverage concepts that enhance guest experiences and drive revenue.

Exceptional skills in budgeting forecasting and financial analysis to ensure profitability and cost control.

Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams fostering a positive and collaborative work environment and driving performance excellence.

Proven track record in optimizing operations ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Demonstrates strong proficiency in reading writing and speaking English.
