What youll do
ディレクターあるいはアソシエイトパートナーはガートナーコンサルティングのクライアントと良好な信頼関係を築いていく重要な役割を担いますテクノロジーがいかに様々なビジネス領域の成果を実現させるのか紹介し最高レベルの戦略的な視点から大局的かつ戦術的な問題においてクライアントへ提言しますエキスパートパートナーやその他のメンバーと協力しクライアントに最適なソリューションを提供します
入社後の想定業務(一例)
電機電子半導体などの業界のお客様に全社規模でITが関与する戦略立案の支援やIT部門CIOが携わる事業戦略検討支援などを行う
What youll need
大卒大学院卒
高い日本語でのコミュニケーションスキル必須ビジネスレベルの英語力歓迎
電機電子半導体のいずれかあるいは複数業界に対するデジタル戦略コンサルティングのご経験
プロジェクトデリバリーおよび営業担当としてコンサルティング会社で従事したご経験
ソリューション/テクニカルアーキテクトやアナリストのような問題解決能力の求められる業務経験
多数のITソリューションと複数のクライアントを担当したご経験
テクノロジーを活用して企業のミッションクリティカルな優先事項を推進するためにメンバーを導き高いパフォーマンスを発揮できるチーム作りを一貫して行ってきたご経験
技術系非技術系の出身に関わらず共通の目標に向かってプロフェッショナルを鼓舞しモチベーションを高めることができる能力
チームの成功に対する揺るぎないコミットメントと必要に応じて建設的/是正にむけたアクションを授受できる姿勢
知的好奇心がありクライアントの問題を解決するためのソリューションと戦略の創造的な開発を支援する能力
ガートナーのフレームワークと方法論を適応させクライアントの最も緊急なビジネス課題の核心に触れることが出来る
ハンズオンで複数のクライアントの優先順位を同時並行で管理する能力
