Job Description

Amazons Cross Border business provides customers access to Amazons worldwide selection with a localized search and browse experience convenient local payment options end-to-end delivery solutions and access to native customer service on the local Amazon marketplace. Cross Border business simplifies the cross border shopping process by clearing customs on the customers behalf and by guaranteeing that the customer will not have to pay any additional duties and import fees beyond what is shown at checkout. RBS Cross Border teams vision is to empower customers to Stay Local Shop Global with an objective to improve cross border customer experience and maximize the revenue potential of cross border ASINs by fixing cross-listing Buyability discoverability and detail page conversion defects at scale.
Key job responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain scaled automated user-friendly reports dashboards etc. that will support our business needs.
- Partner with operations/business teams to consult develop and implement KPIs automated reporting/process solutions and process improvements to meet business needs.
- Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
- Prepare and deliver business requirements reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks.
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions.
- Excellent writing skills to create artifacts easily digestible by business and tech partners.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience with SQL or ETL
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- 2 years experience in business analytics data analytics etc
- Experience working with Tableau
- Experience using very large datasets
