About the role

For some key cities whichare expected to achieve ahigh target in F26 and hope to have a significant increase in this order to better cooperate with the business planning in F26 and beyond it is necessary to support the sales managers of local distributor insome key cities. The goal is to recruit new customers guide manage and assist distributor expanding coverage to more 3 / 4 level cities. This effort will also focus on the healthy development of our business.

Sales-related target achievement

  1. Work closely with existing distributor to achieve full year both shipment and depletion target
  2. Partner with distributor to achieve the territory expanding and Channel coverage target
  3. Identify and leverage relevant internal and external initiatives to deliver the TWE brand distribution target

Business expanding

  1. Territory expansion: Partner with importers to recruit customers in designated area by (Tier 1/2/3 /4cities) to achieve the territory coverage
  2. Channel coverage: scope the opportunity engage with potential channel partners negotiate commercial terms to ensure our business presence in all possible channel at the key cities
  3. Brand visibility: Team with importer and sub-distributors to fully develop TWE key portfolio by leveraging Penfolds brand

Field Sales Execution

  1. Work with the RSM and stakeholders to develop and execute the business strategy
  2. Aligns with Regional trade marketing team to develop& implement the trade/Shopper/Consumer promotion for targeted markets and customers.
  3. Regular communication with the key stakeholders about performance forecast and opportunities and to ensure execution of the plan
  4. Provide feedback on the effectiveness of execution initiatives to drive volume share and profitability
  5. Always represent the TWE in a professional manner and with integrity

About You

  1. Bachelors degree or above
  2. At least 8 years of wort experience in the alcohol industry with no less than 5 years of experience woring in a frontline alcohol company
  3. Hold a full C class driving licence
