Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive leadership team. This is a pivotal role for a results-driven operator with a proven track record of running an ABA organization and successfully scaling it to the next level.

The COO will oversee day-to-day operations drive strategic initiatives and lead the organization through its next stage of growth. You will play a central role in shaping the companys future ensuring operational excellence and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

The right candidate is a hands-on leader and strategic thinker with deep experience in ABA operations. You thrive in high-growth environments know how to build and strengthen infrastructure and have successfully scaled organizations while maintaining quality and compliance.
